The Core Bit features a micro-grain carbide crown with alternating chisel and spade teeth, fractures aggregate and clears debris efficiently, maintaining speed while reducing feed pressure and heat. The thick-wall geometry resists abrasion and tooth loss, holding diameter for consistent coring in hard concrete. Designed specifically for SDS-MAX rotary hammers, the one-piece build delivers maximum stability for fast, repeatable results on commercial and industrial jobs.

This new design ensures constant carbide embodiment. The reduced body to drilling diameter decreases hole wall friction. We use a sturdy, high grade steel body, and the design will maximize drilling speed and the core bit will lass up to 30% longer over other systems.
The alternating pointed chisel carbide teeth and the spade carbide teeth are designed to optimize and enhance each other during the drilling operation. The chisel tips score and break up the materials as well as stabilize the core bits’ working characteristics. The spade tips further break and remove the materials. Even allows for drilling reinforced concrete.
